Colorful Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients
Pam1/4 tsp olive oil1/4 cup onion, diced3 Tbsp diced bell pepper2 cloves garlic1 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp black pepper1 can (1 3/4 c) great northern beans3/4 cup black beans1-4.5 ounce can diced green chilis1 tsp cumin1 tsp cayenne1 cup water
Directions
Spray a hot saucepan with pam and drizzle 1/4 tsp olive oil.
Add the onion, pepper, and garlic. sprinkle with pepper and chili powder, saute for a few minutes.
Add the beans, green chili's, cumin and cayenne. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for about an hour, stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.

Makes about 3 - 1 cup servings
