Ingredients
2 2/3 cup of whole wheat flour1 tsp ginger1 tsp cinnimon1/2 tsp cloves1/4 tsp cayenne pepper2/3 cup light margerine2/3 cup molasses1/2 brown sugar
Directions
mix dry ingredients in bowl, set aside.
whip margerine and add molasses and sugar;
slowly start to add flour mix.
refridgerate for 2 hours so dough is easier to roll out.
roll out approx. 2" circles, approx 1/8" high. Makes approx. 4.5 dozen.
bake at 375F for 6 minutes.
