Ground Turkey Hamburger Cups

Ingredients
Meat Cups1 lb Ground turkey, 93% lean½ C. Old fashioned oats, ground to a coarse meal1 Egg4 tsp dried chopped onion1 ½ tsp. Garlic powder2 tsp. dried Basil1 tsp. dried OreganoFilling1 Can Campbell’s Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup2 Cans cut green beans1 Can (4 oz) mushroom stem and pieces1 C. shredded Cheese ( I use Kirkland Mexican Blend)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Run ½ cup old fashioned oats through a blender or food processor to get a coarse meal. Add to meat with egg, onion, garlic powder, and herbs. (Grind the Basil and Oregano between your palms before adding.) Mix until well blended.

Cover a baking sheet with foil. Dived the meat mix into five 4oz. portions and shape into shallow cups, about 1 inch deep, on the baking sheet.

Mix together the soup, green beans, and mushrooms. Spoon into the cups and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes.

    I made this last evening and really loved it. I made it for 4. It was tasty, filling and very satisfying. I would make it again in fact you can change the filling with your own choosing and it still would be good. - 7/27/16

    Finally a grown up version of the meatloaf cups my mom made when I was growing up. She used alphabet veg soup & put it in muffin pans. I will try this with frozen peas or mix vegetables and tomato soup. We loved it as kids but I didn't cook it much for my children. Can't wait to try this again! - 2/2/10
