There are not enough words in the English language to describe how incredibly delicious this recipe is...and so easy! I used left over ham from Easter and shallots instead of onions, low fat cream of mushroom soup and 2% cheddar. Yummy! - 4/3/13

This was ok. I cooked it for 5 hours on high and it came out really dry. Need to add more liquid or something. - 4/4/11

My husband loved it. Instead of cream of mushroom soup I used a can of cream corn and layered the corn, cubed potatoes and cheese then baked it in the oven. Will make again and again. - 12/12/08

This meal was easy to make and the potatoes turned out good, I used cheddar and it probably would have been better with the swiss. - 3/20/08
