Directions
Mix everything and serve on an Oroweat Sandwich Thin....only the salad is included in the calorie count!

    I love chicken salad, and I love egg salad. This sounds yummy but you don't give quantities of the ingredients - The sodium count is a little high for me so I will have to play with it to get the count down. - 9/10/09

    Oh my goodness I did forget the quantities!

    It was:
    1.5 oz. chicken
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. mustard
    2 tbsp. light mayo
    2 oz. pickle ovals (6 pieces)
    5 dashes black pepper

    **and you are right the sodium is very high- I am open to any tips on lowering it...thanks!!!!
