Venison Chili Ranch Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 large eggs2 cups crushed corn flakes3 tbsp your favorite salsa2 tbsp fat free or low cal ranch dressing1 tsp chili powder.5 tsp ground cumin1 lb ground venison
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350*F.

In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, crushed corn flakes, salsa, salad dressing, chili powder, and cumin.

Add venison and mix gently but thoroughly.
Shape into loaf in a meatloaf pan.

Bake at 350*F for one hour, until internal temperature registers 175*F.

Cover with foil and let stand for ten minutes.

Slice into 4 even peices.

May be served with sour cream and more salsa.
