Ingredients
take 1/2 lb italian sausage, and saute in bottom of big pot. add 2 cans diced tomatos no salt added2 cans garbonzo beans1 cup of dijon mustardone package of frozen spinach and 12 cups water, stir, boil. mix flour few tbsp of water and egg to make noodles. cut, throw in, boil. serve.
