Apple Pumpkin Butter (Slow cooker)

Ingredients
1 (29 oz) can 100% pumpkin2 large peeled, cored, and finely chopped apples1/2 tsp ground ginger1/4 tsp cloves2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1 cup splenda3 Tbsp brown sugar1/2 cup water
Directions
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on high for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Continue to cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.

1 serving = 1 TBSP
makes about 2 1/4 cups
*This is not safe to can and store at room temperature, but you may freeze the butter*
