Weight Watchers vegetable stir fry

Ingredients
Ingredients:*Argo Corn Starch, 1 tbsp (remove)*Hoisin Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)*Chili Garlic Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)*College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, .5 cup (remove)*Bertolli Red Wine Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch (remove)Carrots, raw, 3 medium (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients together, plus all of the sugar. Set aside. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Stir fry all the veggies and garlic until crisp tender. Add sauce mixture and stir until thickened.


I like to serve this over brown rice and it's great with some peanuts tossed in also.
