Turkey & Beef Meat Loaf

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef1 lb. ground turkey3 lg. whole eggs1 C. chopped onion6 slices ( shredded ) wheat bread1/4 C. KetchupSalt & Pepper to taste1 tsp. Poultry seasoning1 tsp. ground Sage
Directions
Put all ingredients in lg. bowl, mix thoughly with hands. Spray a double loaf pan with Pam. ( loaf pan that has holes in the bottom to drain oil and drippings in bottom pan) Put meat mixture in top pan, form into loaf. Put in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs. When done let sit for about 10 mins. to let excess dripping drain in bottom pan. Remove from pan and slice.
You could use wheat crackers instead of bread, I was just out of crackers that day. It turned out really good with the bread though. Maybe a little firmer than with crackers.
