Grandma's Cream Puffs

1/2 Cup Margarine butter 1 Cup Flour, white,4 Large Eggs1 Cup Water1 (1.5 oz) pkg Sugar-Free Pudding 2 1/2 Cups Milk, 2%,
Boil water, add butter until melted. Add flour all at once. Mix thoroughly until a thick paste. Dissolve all lumps. Let cool completely. Add eggs one at a time. Mixing well after each egg. Drop by tablespoons on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. As soon as you take them out of the oven cut tops off to let steam out. Set aside to cool.
Make the pudding as directed on pkg for pies, it's thicker that way. Once pastry is cooled fill with pudding and refridgerate.
Option sprinkle tops with sifted powder sugar.
