Broccoli Lemon Farfalle

Ingredients
4 cups broccoli, trimmed and cut into bite sized pieces175 g farfalle pasta1.5 Tbsp olive oilgarlic to taste3 Tbsp lemon juice.25 cup grated parmesan
Directions
Cook the pasta per package directions, adding the broccoli about 5 minutes before the end of the pasta cooking time. Saute the garlic in the olive oil, add lemon juice. Scoop out about 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water before draining the pasta & broccoli. Mix the pasta and broccoli with the garlic, lemon and olive oil, adding pasta cooking liquid until you get the "sauciness" you like. Toss with parmesan. Serves 4
