Quick paella

3 cups cooked rice1 fillet cod, cubed1 med tuna steak, cubed4oz frozen prawns/shrimpshalf cup frozen peas1 cup chopped peppersquarter cup chopped onion2 cloves garlic minced1 tsp paprika1/2 tsp turmeric1.5 tbs olive oil
Saute the onion, peppers and garlic in the oil, add the cubed fish and saute gently until the fish has about half cooked, add the frozen peas, the shrimps, the spices and the cooked rice. Mix everything well to distribute the turmeric colour evenly over the rice, if it starts to stick use a tabs or so of water. Add 1 tabs of vinegar, cover and let simmer until the fish is cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Add a little more vinegar if desired.
I invented this to use up some left over rice, and the few lonely single portions of fish left in the freezer after family meals
