Ingredients
Directions
1 small head cabbage shredded1 tsp honey1 C. College Inn Chicken Broth Fat free and low sodium1/4 tsp black pepper3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
I like to use a Dutch oven to make this dish but any large saute pan with a lid will do.
Set you Dutch oven on the burner and start heating it on moderate heat. Slice your cabbage in half and remove core. Shred the cabbage and add to the hot dutch oven.
Add the low sodium, fat free chicken broth, honey, apple cider vinegar, and ground black pepper. Toss to coat the cabbage and place the lid on the pan.
Cook on stove top for 1/2 hour under low heat or until tender.
A serving = 1/2 Cup
Number of Servings: 10
