Cheese Omelet

Ingredients
1 large egg1/4 cup skim milk1 slice Kraft American Cheese, made with 2% milkSalt and papper to taste
Directions
Heat a small nonstick skillet until very hot. You may spray with nonstick cooking spray if preferred/needed. Meanwhile, whisk the egg, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour into hot skillet. It should sizzle when you pour it in. Let cook through until the top is almost set. Flip the egg over so that both sides will be completely cooked. Break the cheese into a few pieces and place on one half of the egg. Fold the egg in half and leave in skillet until cheese melts.
