16oz Fat free cream cheese1/2 cup splenda.5 cup egg beaters1 tsp. vanilla1/2 cup heavy cream1pkg. sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix (+ 2 tbls.cocoa if you want. I did and omitted frosting.) (I accidentally used cook & serve & liked the texture better) ______________________________________________ sauce: (the first time I made this I made the sauce, it came out like frosting ,I omitted it after that which also omitted a lot of fat.)I didn't figure sauce in nutrition content. 3tbls Country Crock Spread melted4tbls cocoa3tbls splenda
1. let cream cheese warm to room temp.
2.With mixer,mix cream cheese, splenda, vanilla, & eggs together until smooth. Set aside.
3.In seperate bowl mix with spoon, cream and pudding & 2 tbls cocoa.
4. Add pudding mixture to the bowl of cream cheese mixture.Mix with mixer until combined.
5.Spray 7" by 11" baking pan or pie plate with Pam . Spread in pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 min. Until tooth pick comes out almost clean.
6 mix ingredeants for sauce and drizel or spread over cake,after it cools some, put in frig.until cold.
