Mediterranean Salsa Soup

Ingredients
3 cloves garlic1 onion28 oz can diced tomatoes, juice included10 oz can chicken or vegetable broth1/2 cup salsa4 cups spinach1 tsp sugar1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp oregano3 oz feta cheese (optional)
Directions
Makes 6 1-cup servings with 0.5 oz feta cheese each

Fry onion and garlic until soft
Add tomatoes and broth, bring to a boil
Add salsa, spinach, sugar and spices. Cook until spinach wilts.
Crumble feta on top if desired when serving.
