Ingredients
Egg whites, Oats, Low-fat Cottage Cheese, Baking powder, Frozen mixed berries or fresh, and Splenda to taste.
Directions
Blend first four ingredients until smooth. Pour 1/4 cup mixture onto heated griddle or non-stick pan. When pancake bubbles flip and cook the other side. Top with warmed berries or other fruit of your choice.
