Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 C. Low fat Cottage Cheese1/2 C. uncooked Oatmeal1 tsp cinnamon1T. Splenda (optional)4 Egg Whites
Directions
Mix al ingrediants. Let stand to absorb liquid. Heat griddle and lightly grease. (I use Pam spray.) Pour a 1/4 c. of mix onto the hot griddle. Flatten mix out with a spoon to cook evenly. Cook till golden brown on both sides. Serve with the syrup of your choice. Makes 4-6 pancakes.
