South Beach Taco Salad

Ingredients
2 Tbs salsa2 Tbs fat free greek yogurt, unflavored2 cups romaine1/2 grape tomatoes, halved1/2 cup cubed cooked chicken breast1/4 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese1/4 cup chopped pitted black olives1/2 firm ripe avocado, pitted and cubed1 Tbs chopped fresh cilatro
Directions
Combine salsa with 1 Tbs of yogurt in a small bowl to make dressing, cover and refridgerate. In a bowl mix the chicken, tomatoes, olives, cilantro and avocado. Add dressing to bowl and mix. Plate chopped lettuce and layer the mix over, top with remaining yogurt. Serves 2.
