taco filling

Ingredients
5 oz ground beef (97%/3%)1 16oz can fat free refried beans1 diced small bell pepper5 large black olives sliced1/4c chopped onion8 cherry tomatoes, pureed.4T packaged taco seasoning
Directions
Brown beef, rinse and drain place back in pot.
Add onion, garlic and bell pepper and cook until soft, stirring often.
Over low to medium heat, stir in can of refried beans and pureed tomatoes (tomatoes help thin the beans.)
Add remainder of ingredients. stir until hot.
Spoon into taco shells or tortillas and finish with desired toppings(not included)
