Jodi's German chocolate Cake

Ingredients
---Cake---2 sticks blue bonnet light1 1/4 cup sugar1 1/2 cup all purpose flour2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa1 tablespoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt1 cup egg substitute ---Icing---1/2 pint heavy cream8 oz german chocolate bar1 cup pecans1 cup coconut
Directions
preheat oven to 350

spray 2 round cake pans

Put all ingredients under cake into a bowl and mix with an
electric mixer until well blended and smooth.

divide cake mix evenly into both cake pans

bake about 20 min.

allow cakes to cool

melt chocolate in the microwave

allow to cool

put whipping cream into a bowl and add the chocolate whisk until the consistancy is spreadable. stir in coconut and pecans.

use a third of the icing to sandwich the cakes, and use the rest on the top and sides.
