3/4 cup nonfat yogurt3/4 cup sugar3/4 cup brown sugar2 egg whites1 whole egg2 T lite syrup1 tsp baking powder.5 tsp salt2 cups dry oatmeal2.25 cups flour2 cups chocolate chips
Mix all moist ingredients, then add sugars, baking powder & salt. Mix well. Stir in oatmeal & then flour until all combined. Add Chocolate chips & mix well.
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto pan the has been sprayed with baking spray. Dip bottom of cup into sugar and flatten cookies as they will stay in balls when baked otherwise. Bake in 375 degrees for 9 minutes and remove from pan immediately. Dietary calculations were for 72 cookies.
