cream togethere butter , shortening and vanilla
Blend in sugar 1 cup at a time
Add in milk
mix untill light and fluffy
makes 3.25 cups

This is the same recipe that I've been making for years for the cake business I have on the side. Super yummy and easy to add different flavors, etc. to make it match up with different things. (ie: add coco powder for chocolate butter cream, etc) YUMMY!!! - 11/2/11
