Ingredients
8 oz package of fat free cream cheese2 cups of fat free refried beans2 cups of salsa of your choice1cup shreeded low fat cheddar cheese
Directions
In a round glass pie plate spread softened cream cheese on the bottom then a layer of refried beans spread the salsa on top of that then sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake in a 350 degree toaster oven until warn and cheese is melted.
