Roasted Baby Carrots

Ingredients
16 oz baby carrots3 tsp. olive oil2 Tbsp. snipped fresh basil
Directions
Makes about five 3-oz servings.

In a large bowl combine olive oil and basil.
Add carrots and toss to coat.
In a 15x10x1 inch baking pan, spread carrots in a single layer. Roast, uncovered, at 475 in the oven, until carrots are tender (stir once).
