Culinary Reserve Crab Cakes

Ingredients
2 lbs crab meat4 slices white bread crust removed2 eggs4 tbsp light mayo2 tsp Old Bay seasoning2 tsp Worcestershire sauce2 tsp dijon mustard2 tbsp dried parsley flakes4 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients except crab meat in a bowl. Gently fold in crab meat and chill for one hour before forming into 8 cakes. Saute on medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes a side.
