Ingredients
Turkey BaconPotato BreadEgg White Substitute (equivalent of 12 eggs)Dash of saltDijon MustardFat free Half & Half
Directions
cook the turkey bacon and chop into pieces, cube bread into 1 inch pieces, combine all ingredients in a large square baking dish and refrigerate covered overnight.

bake for 1 hour in the morning, let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Makes 12 nice sized portions
