Hearty Hamburger Tomato Stew

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef (2 1/2 cups browned)1 1/4 cups chopped onion2 cups peeled and sliced carrots1 cup chopped green bell pepper1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms1 16-ounce can cut green beans, drained1 16-ounce can corn, drained3 stalks sliced celery1 46-ounce can tomato juice2 teaspoons sugar1 teaspoon celery seedSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown ground beef in a large saucepan. Mix in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer covered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
