Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedSesame Oil, 1 tbsp *Hoisin Sauce, 8 tbsp *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp *Sweet Cooking Rice Wine, 1 tbsp Ginger, ground, .25 tsp *Mission Carb Balance Fajita size - 1 flour tortilla, 8 serving (Cabbage, napa, 3 cup *Pork, fresh, loin, blade (chops or roasts), bone-in, separable lean and fat, raw, 2 lb
Place Onion at bottom of crock pot, place lean pork on top.
combine Sesame oil and next 5 ingredients. Pour over pork. Depending on slow cooker 6-8 hours low or 4-6 high. My crock pot High is like other crock pot low so I put on high for about 8 hours or until pork is soft enough to shred.
Roll Shreded pork, Napa Cabbage, in Flour tortillas.

These were very good. I doubled the sauce because I had a larger tenderloin (about 3.5lbs) and I know how easy shredded meat sops up sauce once it's thrown back in. A key ingredient though is plum sauce. A dollop on the tortilla before the meat and you are golden. Thanks for the recipe! - 3/14/10
