In small bowl, add molassas, brown sugar, cayanne pepper and butter. Microwave for 30 seconds, or until melted. Stir.Cube chicken breasts and pan fry in olive oil and garlic. After 3-4 minutes, flip the chicken and drizzle half of the molasses mixture over chicken. After another 5minutes (chicken should be done), flip chicken again and drizzle the rest of the molasses mixture. Allow the mixture to caramelize in the pan. Remove from pan. Season with salt and pepper, as needed.
