2 TBS. olive oil1 med. onion, diced1/2 red bell pepper, diced1 lb. extra-lean ground turkey breast1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce, sugar free1/2 cup ketchup, sugar free1/4 cup water1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce1/2 tsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp. ground mustard4 whole wheat buns, split, toasted
1. Heat 2 TBS. olive oil in large nonstick skiller, over medium-high heat, add onion and red bell pepper and heat 5 to 8 mins. or until they start to brown, stirring occasionally. Add turkey, cook 4 to 6 minutes or until browned and no longer pink, stirring to crumble meat.
2. Stir in all remaining ingredients except buns. Reduce heat to low, simmer 5 mins. to blend flavors. Serve in buns.
