Ingredients
whole wheat flour 1 cupwater 1/2 cup Eggs 2milk 1/2 cup
Directions
combine wet ingredients and whisk and slowly stir in flour and mix until moist there will be some lumps but that is okay. spray pan and it on medium heat. Crepes need to cook for 2 min on each side. they will be golden brown.
