AJ's Turkey Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1 pkg ground turkey1 tbspn olive oil2 cups tomato basil pasta sauce1 stalk celery, diced fine1 carrot, diced fine2 cloves garlic, diced fine1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced1/2 cup onions, diced fine
Directions
in a cooking pot, cook onions in olive oil on medium heat until transluscent. Add turkey and cook until no longer pink. Add all other ingredients and bring to a bubble. Turn down heat and simmer for at least 40 minutes to bring out the flavour. Serve with whole wheat pasta.
