Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil 1 or 1-1/2 lbs ground turkey (or any ground meat)1 med onion, chopped fine1 tbsp garlic powder1/4 cup flour (I use Wondra whenever I make gravy)2-1/2 cups 2% milk16 oz frozen chopped spinachsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil over medium heat. Add onion. Cook until beginning to be translucent, about 5 minutes. Add ground turkey. Cook, stirring frequently, breaking up clumps with a spoon until thoroughly cooked (no pink) about 8 minutes. Dust with garlic powder. Sprinkle flour over all and cook, stirring, to remove "raw" flavor from flour, about 2 minutes. Very gradually add milk, about a cup at a time stirring well between each addition. It will begin to thicken. (if not, add more flour, one tbsp at a time till desired results achieved.) Reduce heat to low and let simmer for a few minutes.

Meanwhile put spinach into a microwave-safe bowl and defrost according to your microwave's instructions. Drain liquid from spinach. Add spinach to ground turkey. Stir well, at salt and pepper to taste. Serve. Some folks like it with ketchup.
