Pulled Buffalo Beer BBQ - Crockpot

Ingredients
3-4 lb buffalo chuck roast14 oz ketchup12 oz beer1/2 C. brown sugar
Directions
Mix ketchup, beer and brown sugar together.
Place over roast in crockpot.
Cook on high 6-8 hours.

Once cooked, shred beef and place back into sauce to serve.

**best if roast is frozen.
