Ingredients
Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.5 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large*Molassas - cup, .25 cup *Canola Oil, .5 cup Florida’s Natural, Orange Juice Plus Calcium with Added Vitamin D, 1/2 CWater, tap, 2 TBaking Powder, 3 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp *Flour, white, 1 cup Trader Joes Oat Bran, 1 cup *Hodgson Mill All Natural Unproccessed Wheat Bran, 1 cup Pumpkin Pie Spice, 1.5 TRaisins, .75 cup (not packed) OPTIONAL
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in bowl
Combine wet ingredients in bowl

Add wet to dry, mix in raisins if desired (nuts are good too)

Bake 350 for 20-30 min Makes 18 medium muffins

    These were great! I used applesauce in place of the oil and I ran out of oat bran so used 1/2 cup oat bran, 1.5 c wheat bran and also used half wheat half white flour - still not too dense! Even had someone ask for the recipe! - 2/13/10
