Banana Blueberry Bran Muffin

2 cups All Bran cereal1 cup 1% milk1 cup all-purpose flour1/3 Splenda brown sugar blend2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1/4 cup becel light, melted1 egg1 cup mashed bananas1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Makes 12 muffins
Combine bran and milk in a bowl, let sit 5 minutes.
In another bowl, ttir together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Add margarine, egg and bananas to all-bran/milk mixture.
Add wet mixture to dry mixture. dd fresh blueberries.
Scoop evently into 12 lined muffin cups and bake in 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Note: you can also substitute unsweetened applesauce for the bananas but you will need to recalculate the NI
