Ingredients
1 - 10 inch Whole Wheat Tortilla1 - Egg1 - Egg WhitePam1/8 cup/ 2 tablespoons - Diced Ham1/8 cup - Black Beans1/8 cup - Green Chillis1/8 cup - Low Fat Cheddar Cheese1-2 - Tater tots baked per directions
Directions
Scramble eggs over medium high heat in pam, add ham, beans, chillis, cheese and crumble tots. Wrap in tortilla warmed over finished eggs. Can be wrapped in plastic wrap and frozen for reheating.

    Also works well with egg beaters. And sometimes I add black beans for a little more fiber.
