Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves1/3 cup lemon juice1 Tbsp. olive oil2 Tbsp. red bell pepper, chopped1-1/2 tsp. garlic, chopped1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Directions
Mix all ingredients and place in a 1-gallon freezer bag, label and freeze.

To serve: Cook on a grill or a grill pan on the stove top until cooked through. Serve with a side of veggies (not in nutritional content).
