High Protein Veggie Chili

Ingredients
1.5 tbsp olive1 large onion2 cups sliced mushrooms (or one pack of sliced mushrooms)1 green pepper1 red pepper5-6 cloves of garlic, minced1 pkg veggie ground round 1/2 can of tomato paste2 19oz cans of diced tomatoes2 19oz cans of beans, drained (your choice, I usually do a 5 bean medley and lentils)5 bay leaves3 sprigs of fresh rosemary3 sprigs of fresh thymechili powder and cayenne to flavourcinnamon (optional)
Directions
- Heat oil in pan.
- Add onions, peppers, garlic and mushrooms. Cook until almost tender. Take off heat and put in slow cooker.
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix.
- Turn slow cooker on to medium and cook for 3 hours.
