Ingredients
91 grams Walnut halves78 grams Pecans50 Raisins 45 grams Cranberries1.5 cup Old fashioned Oats 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tsp ground cinnamon2 tsp Splenda dissolved in 0.25 cup water to make a sugar solution. Salt (Optional)
Directions
1. Add all the dry ingredients and mix.
2. Add two tsp ground cinnamon, Vanilla extract and the sugar solution and mix well, preferably with hand so that the extract blends well into the dry ingredients. You can add a dash of salt if you like.
3. Spread out on a cookie sheet
4. Preheat oven to 375.
5. Bake on 375 for about 15 minutes making sure to stir every 5 minutes
6. Let the granola cool.
Once cooled you can add your choice of dried fruit

Serv size: makes 16 servings of granola (roughly 110 calories each).
