Ingredients
Directions
1 tube reduced fat crescent rolls8 slices of smoked deli ham, lean and thinly sliced2 slices of American cheese4 large eggs garlic-pepper seasoningchili powderPam cooking spray
Scramble and cook the eggs in a skillet greased with a non-stick cooking spray. I add a dash of garlic-pepper seasoning and chili powder to add a little flair.
Preheat oven to 375.
On a greased cookie sheet, separate the crescent rolls so that there are 8 individual triangles. Fold the cheese slices into quarters and place on quarter on each crescent roll at the wide end. Place a slice of ham (folded) over the cheese. Place approximately 2tbsp of scrambled eggs on top of the ham. Roll the crescent rolls as directed on the tube. Bake at 375 for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 8 servings (with such a low calorie count, feel free to eat 2!)
Enjoy!
