Muesli Snack Cup

Ingredients
1/4 cup rolled oats1/4 cup light soy milk1 large strawberry, diced
Directions
In a snack-size container, combine oats with soy milk, stir. Chop the strawberry, add to container, stir. Seal snack container and let sit 1 hour or more until soy milk is absorbed.

Note: I pack this in the morning and it keeps beautifully until 4 pm when I eat a snack before leaving work.
