Blackberry and Apple Crumble

Ingredients
1 small apple, very chopped quite small1 cup blackberries2 tbsp oats2 tbsp flour2 tsp Brown Sugar Splenda Blend1 tbsp lurpak lighter
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 180C.

Place fruit in the base of a baking dish.

Mix together the flour, oats and splenda blend, lightly rub in the lurpak lighter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the fruit.

Bake 20 - 30 minutes, until the fruit is cooked and tender, and the topping is golden brown.

Serve.
