Ingredients
Directions
Carrots, 2 cups choppedGarlic, 3 cloves finely choppedOnion, 1 medium, finely chopped10 lb. bag of chicken thighs and drumsticks8 oz. egg noodlesLots of water :)
Cook the chicken in plenty of water until it starts to fall off the bone. Debone the chicken and throw away the nasty skins and set aside in a bowl. Strain the broth.
Put the chicken back in, as well as the onions and garlic. Bring to a boil Then put in the noodles and carrots and cook until the chicken is done. Be sure to not overcook the noodles. I also add salt and pepper.
Add LOTS of water for this much chicken! This is very garlicky and great if you are sick.
