2 c Corn Meal (rising)1.5 c Milk, skim3 tb Flourdash of salt and pepper1 tb butter1 egg (or egg beaters is what I use)
Put oven on 400 and put the greased (sprayed) pan in there with the 1 tb butter in it to be melting. Mix ingredients and pour into hot pan with melted butter. Cook until done. Varies by pan. Toothpick will be clean when inserted in the center of bread and removed, if it is done.
