Thai Flavored Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast1 c. scallions, chopped White part only1 T ginger root, crushed2 teaspoons Thai chili garlic sauce
Directions
Place burger ingredients in food processor, process until coursely ground. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2 inch thick patty. Grill 4 minutes on each side, to serve, top each patty with 1 tablespoon of peanut sauce
