*Baked Potato, with skin, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Garlic 2 tbsp
Directions
Slice and saute all ingredients to your liking. Top your potato with this lovely concoction. Very Good
