Ingredients
1/2 cup Bisquick1/4 cup melted butter1 cup sour cream1 cup cottage cheese2 eggs4 tsp parmeasean cheese4 tomatoe slices1 cup Broccoli or spinach (i use 16 oz frozn broccoli flourettes)
Directions
Preheat oven 350

cook broccoli or spinach and drain

in a bowl add---
1/2 cup Bisquik
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs

mix untill smooth

Later:
4 tsp Parmesaen cheese
4 tomatoe slices

Mix with a hand mixer untill well blended
lay Broccoli on bottom of a greased (pam) pie plate
poor mixture all over broccoli lay down 4 slices of tomatoe on top and sprinkle parmesean cheese all over
pop in the oven for 30 min or untill an inserted knife comes out clean.
